At Trak Racer, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days of the original delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return:
Products must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Products that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Custom or special order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process:
To return merchandise simply complete the Return Authorisation form available by first emailing support@trakracer.co.uk along with a detailed explanation of the problem and photos/videos if you think this will help us understand the problem. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your purchase.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.
Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
Send the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your return.
If a refund is requested, please note that it may take up to 2-3 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Exchange Process:
Contact our customer service team at support@trakracer.co.uk to initiate an exchange.
Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to exchange your purchase.

We will credit your original method of payment, excluding postage charges unless otherwise agreed to. The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse and checked. Goods must be 100% complete and in the same condition you received them in. Please note that it may take up to 4 working days for the refunds to show in your account.

Trak Racer does its best to ensure that all customers receive top quality and faultless products. In the situation where you believe that a product is faulty, or different from the description provided on the website, please contact support@trakracer.co.uk, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If you feel that your return falls outside of our policy, then please contact the Trak Racer Support via support@trakracer.co.uk. If you feel that photos or videos of the problem will help Trak Racer in the first instance please ensure these are included in your first communication to support@trakracer.co.uk. Assembly was pretty easy
Because I want my monitor as close as possible (for great emersion) I ran the left to right support arm under the arms of the TRX Alpine rig (see photo)

It looks great, sturdy and fits perfect to my tr8 pro. Im very pleased.
Assembly was pretty easy, able to put together by myself in about an hour. That included a bit of time finding the right screws and spacers for the vesa plate. Screws that came with the stand were a bit short, and since the vesa mount on the monitor was inset had to find spacers to go between plate and monitor. Stand positions perfect with the TR8 Pro. Monitor is able to be in whatever position to your liking, both in height and distance from eyes. Trak Racer makes top tier products, worth the wait.
