- All Trak Racer orders are shipped by the fastest and safest method. Please allow between 5-10 business days for delivery. Shipping charges will vary depending on the size of your order and your shipping destination. Please advise your phone number at checkout so we can get in touch with you if there is any problem.
- Please make sure someone will be available to receive your order, otherwise, your package may be diverted to your local post office or to your local shipping depot. We recommend all deliveries are sent to a business address to avoid any re-delivery charges.
- Trak Racer will ship to confirmed addresses only.
- If an item runs out of stock before your order is processed, a refund will be offered via the same means as your original payment.
- Order Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) - where an item is out of stock, we will endeavour to provide an approximate ETA. ETA's should be used as a guide only, as it is an estimate and this timeline can be impacted by unforeseen factors due to the nature of international supply chains. We will advise if there are significant changes to any previous stated ETA and work with you accordingly.
- The buyer is responsible for any destination import tax/charges (if applicable).
Return Policy:
At Trak Racer, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days of the original delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return:
Products must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Products that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Custom or special order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process:
To return merchandise simply complete the Return Authorisation form available by first emailing support@trakracer.co.uk along with a detailed explanation of the problem and photos/videos if you think this will help us understand the problem. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your purchase.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.
Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
Send the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your return.
If a refund is requested, please note that it may take up to 2-3 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Exchange Process:
Contact our customer service team at support@trakracer.co.uk to initiate an exchange.
Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to exchange your purchase.

Return Credits:
We will credit your original method of payment, excluding postage charges unless otherwise agreed to. The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse and checked. Goods must be 100% complete and in the same condition you received them in. Please note that it may take up to 4 working days for the refunds to show in your account.
Faulty Items:
Trak Racer does its best to ensure that all customers receive top quality and faultless products. In the situation where you believe that a product is faulty, or different from the description provided on the website, please contact support@trakracer.co.uk, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If you feel that your return falls outside of our policy, then please contact the Trak Racer Support via support@trakracer.co.uk. If you feel that photos or videos of the problem will help Trak Racer in the first instance please ensure these are included in your first communication to support@trakracer.co.uk. We want to make sure that you are happy with your Trak Racer purchase so in the event of an issue, we'll work with you to resolve.
